T&C on Order Lead Time & Delivery
You can choose for : - 1) delivery by us- to be stated at the beginning of your order and payment time; or 2) pick up your order from my location to save on delivery costs. However, to note that last minute deliveries cannot be arranged for you if you are unable to find anyone to collect for you or on your behalf.
As cakes and muffins are all perishable items, we regret to inform that we cannot take back the items from you should you find them defective. You need to take pictures and videos to support your claim for full / partial refund and email in to us on same day of delivery. **If your refund application is successful, to note that for every refund, a minimum of 7% admin charges will be borne by you.
Tracking your Order
Messages will be sent out via whatsapp to you about the delivery status of your order. Kindly ensure someone is home to collect your items.
Customers with Food Allergies
Customers will food allergies must highlight to us before making any order. We regret to inform that we cannot cater/ sell to customers with any food allergy.
For Urgent Orders
For urgent orders, please contact us via our form online and state when exactly do you need your items and location. Such orders will attract an expedition fee on top of the normal delivery fees, and subject to availability.
For Free Delivery above $200
